Air Shipping
This option is ideal if you need a fast delivery or if your order includes urgent or smaller volume products. Estimated delivery time (once all items are available in our warehouse):
- Havana: between 4 and 7 calendar days, including weekends.
- Other provinces: between 7 and 15 calendar days, depending on distance and local logistics.
Maritime Shipping
An alternative designed for bulky orders or when immediate delivery is not required. It is more convenient for large or heavy shipments. Estimated delivery time (once all items are available in our warehouse):
- Between 21 and 30 calendar days, depending on the final destination within Cuba.

Delivery times are subject to variables such as:
- The location of the international supplier.

Make sure to enter the recipient's information correctly
To ensure a smooth delivery, it is essential that the shipping information is complete and correctly written. Please make sure to include:
- Full name of the recipient (first name and two last names).
- Detailed address, following this format: Street, Number, between streets, Municipality, City, Observations.
- Recipient's ID Card (must be of legal age).
- Updated contact phone number.
